How we engage
We are an advisory and transactional firm. We design, structure, and steward — and we partner with trusted litigators when our clients need them.
Our engagements take three forms.
1. Defined matters. A formation, a financing round, a contract, an estate plan. Discrete, scoped, and delivered with a clear beginning and end.
2. Fractional General Counsel. An ongoing engagement for operating companies that have outgrown ad-hoc legal help but aren't ready for a full-time GC. Embedded judgment for the day-to-day decisions that shape how a business runs.
3. Transitions. Buy-sells, sales, succession, and the tax and estate work that surrounds them. Coordinated across the deal, the business, and the wealth.
